Engine Motormanagement Software
Kuda, Roman ; Kuchyňková, Hana (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
Increasing requirements and claims on running of motor vehicles contributed to development of new systems on the mixture preparations of fuel and ignition. Cardinal causes, which led to the very intensive research and later introduction of superior systems of injection and ignition, where fulfilment of stricter emission limits, lower fuel consumption at prezent engine-power increase and engine torque. The conception of the classical gas-engine was not changed over the past few years. The supervising elements as ignition and injestions of engines are continuously changed.
Fuel Injection Analysis
Schnabl, Jan ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
The ignition and injection system in any form are an integral part of each car. The development of these systems goes hand in hand with the development of the automobile and his growing industry. Since the nineteenth century to the present occurred in this sector signifcant progress. This thesis is focused primarily on the description of the two systems and their partiton. The development has been recorded from the oldest systems to the newest systems.
Engine Motormanagement Software
Kopecký, Ivo ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
Fuel injection is a means of metering fuel into an internal combustion engine. In modern automotive applications, fuel metering is one of several functions performed by an "engine management system". A fuel injection system is designed and calibrated specifically for the type(s) of fuel it will handle: gasoline (petrol), Autogas LPG (also known as propane), ethanol, methanol, methane (natural gas), hydrogen or diesel. The majority of fuel injection systems are for gasoline or diesel applications. With the advent of electronic fuel injection, the diesel and gasoline hardware has become quite similar. During the last twenty years a preparation of a fuel mixture and the way of ignition in engine segment have changed the most. Instead of a carburettor it is being used the unit, which prepare fuel mixture according to a status of a car on the road e.g. change of pressure, temperature or ratio of a fuel and air.
Overview and basic principles of vehicle sensors and actuators
Pecka, Luboš ; Ambróz, Richard (referee) ; Laurinec, Marián (advisor)
In this thesis is written out an overview and a basic principles of a vehicle sensors and actuators, which are used for electronic control of Otto and Diesel engines. The thesis is focused on both, fuel injection control and also ignition control of Otto engine.
Capacitive Ignition System
Benček, Kristián ; Bazala, Jiří (referee) ; Beran, Martin (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the complex issue of ignition system, with a special emphasis put on the capacitive ignition. Due to the later needs the knowledge of the principles, on the basis of which the individual internal combustion piston engines work is the beginning of a work dedicated to the just distribution of these engines according to the basic criteria and elementary define different types of piston internal combustion engines and storylines, which in them take place. Subsequently is described in detail dismantled the issue of the kindle system as a whole but also the individual components of the ignition system and attention is required even to properly set the most suitable moment of ignition (pre-ignition) and the need to ensure sufficient ignition energy. Ignition systems are divided according to the historical development from the earliest induction of the classical ignition until after the state of the art fully electronic ignition system. The greatest emphasis is put on detailed analysis of the capacitive ignition, which is then compared with the conventional ignition. The last part is devoted to the management of the combustion event using the initialization of the burning. As an example, that the management of the combustion event using the initialization of the burning is nowadays a real, is referred to the engine Skyactive X, which should be in 2019, the commonly commercially used in the model of the Mazda 3.
